Today's weight was 219. Up a pound from last week but it was all my fault. It's tough not to eat the wrong thing when vacationing and visiting with family. Oh well, I'll work extra hard this week to make up for it. :embarassed:

Monday 9/5 weight: 218 Only down one pound. Need to step it up some more. Weather is much cooler this week so hope to get in more outdoor exercise even though we'll be on vacation part of the week. Hotel has a fitness center so plan to use it every day to offset the food I'll probably eat.

Happy end of August to everyone! It looks like we all did really well this month. Thank you SommerJo for all your efforts throughout the month as our Captain. Final weigh in for me is 219. That's a 13 pound loss for the month. Woohoo!!! I never could have done this with MFP and all my friends' support. Thank you everyone.

I love the honey almond flax crunch. Just eat it dry most of the time....it's like a bowl of caramel corn! If you add banana slices to it, the cereal sticks to the slices and it's really yummy! :happy:

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight (for now) is 150. I would prefer to be closer to 135-140, but that may not be realistic. .
