  • Your schedule sounds great...............but do not do so much that you get tired of it and then give it up. It is always easier in the beginning and your body will let go of the pounds easier............then it slows. Give yourself a kick start and then fall into a easier pattern . Good Luck
  • I also cannot drink water.....:grumble: :..............I really hate it. My trainer said I could use fruit flavored waters/ iced tea etc......................I really like the Minute Maid Light Fruit Drinks ............and of course I drink Diet Sierra Mist............Good Luck...JJ
  • They are telling me the same thing.................that if I don't eat more my body will stop letting go of the fat.............so I ate 1200 cal today. I don't know if it is true or not but I did increase up from 900-1000 cal.:grumble:
