  • I have recently had some success with high intensity workouts. Going 5-6 minutes at various cardio machines for about 45 minutes in total . I have been using the Stairmaster, Ellipitcal, and Treadmill. It's the High Intensity that seals the deal. So, alternate 5-6 mintues at each machine at a level 8 (out of 10) or higher…
