  • i too was at a plateau for 6 weeks, they told me to try different things, maybe the milk, water, etc, etc, so what i did was start logging on my fitness pal, and followed the calorie quota they gave me for the day, well after 6 weeks of nothing, i weighed in last week and lost 3 pounds!!!!! I don't think WW really works,…
