Aww thank you both very much - I have been told recently at work that I look confident & more happy than anyone has ever seen me :) amazing how you don't realise how you must come across when inside you feel ugly, fat & disgusting isn't it!!! x

I take the ainsley harriott cous cous bags with me, easy to make up with boiling water when at work......chicken and bacon salads.....if you have cooking facilities then jacket potatoes are good......mixed berries and seeds are good fuel and fill you up :)

I find a bowl of mixed berries, yoghurt and 10-20g of mixed seeds fills me up loads for at least 4 hrs :)

I'm over today by A LOT, but its mainly from sugar and healthy homemade foods, like sweet potatoe. Don't stress if its fruit, its more refined sugars you need to be aware of so that chocolate bar or packet of crisps :)

I struggle too but find the 2 main things to remember are planning is key, so you know you have nice healthy tasty meals to eat, plus snacks, but that when they time comes when you feel like your emotions are taking hold you stop to think about them....someone once told me of HALT the four main reasons we eat - HUNGRY,…
