I have lost an automobile tire! 7 additional pounds before I joined MFP. My goal is the 5000 BTU air conditioner.

I would really have a hard time getting water in if I couldn't go when I needed to. I guess I don't have it so bad.

I had a hard time with water today. The toilet at work wasn't working so I held off on the water. Fortunately my gym is next door so I was able to go over there during my lunch break. I'm sure tomorrow will be better.

I weigh 189.6 lbs. this morning. Finally below the 190's where I have been for the past 9 years! Today will be tough. We are having a potluck at church for Pastor Appreciation month. It's always hard to log my food in that situation. Have a great week everyone!

Late last week and first this week. Nothing to report. I had no change since Monday. I have had a good week though. I have been under in my calories every day and I have had good exercise this week! Have a great week everyone!

Halllz, I am fine with just tracking my results for myself. I think the real benefit is the encouragement and accountability we get from the group. Also, it will be less work for you.

I'm late checking in again. I was out of town. I weighed 190.8 so I am down a pound since last weigh in. That would be great except I have been lower during the period since the last weigh in. Birthday party, travel food,etc. I am happy that I didn't go over on my calories but I didn't get the water and exercise in :(.…

I weighed 190.8 this morning. That's up .6 from last Sunday. I didn't go over my calories this week but I missed exercise over the weekend because I was out if town. Also, I ate at McDonalds, Red Robin and Jack in the Box. It could have been worse! Have a great week everyone!

I weighed in at 190.2 lbs. this morning! That is down 1.2 lbs. and I have been stuck for three weeks. I just kept plugging away. One thing I haven't been doing well is getting my water in. My daughter also introduced me to MFP. I have been using it since the end of July and I have lost just under 11 lbs. Feel free to add me as a friend. I think the accountability is very helpful.

I was our of town yesterday. I weighed 191.8 today. Down only .6 from last week but still disappointing because I was down to 191.4 three weeks ago. I seem to be stalled right around this weight. I was up slightly, just .6 but that's not the direction I want to go. I weighed 192.4 lbs. today I only had two days over my goal this week but that is not a trend I want to continue! It's a new week! Let's go!

I am 59. I lost 7 lbs before joining MFP. I have lost a total of 18 lbs so far. I never thought I could lose but I was doing it all wrong. I love the friends on here but the real key is logging everything. She can do it!
