I have a cheat day once a week where I meet friends for either lunch or dinner. I probably go about 500 over my regular daily limit, and get right back on track the following day. I might add a little extra exercise for the next two days as well, figuring on the whole, it will even itself out.

I will usually have a small Granny Smith apple (cut up into small pieces, makes it last longer, lol) around 8 PM - perfect for a little something sweet, rather than a bowl of ice cream, Lol

Yep, totally guilty, but I'm ever so slowly buying some new items. I was told the other day that I really need to get some new jeans because the ones I was wearing looked SO baggy on me, Lol - even with the belt on the last hole, yay! About a year after the birth of my 2nd daughter I lost 20 pounds (from 158 to 138), and a rail thin older woman at work made the comment "You can definitely tell you've lost weight, you were getting kind of big there!" ~ Gee thanks. I'm 5'5 so 158 wasn't THAT bad to begin with lady!
