Keep it simple only convert whole stones into pound using converters cause i had this same problem(see below) I.e. some one who ways 12st 7lb you would do the following 12 x 14lb = 168lb then add the remaining 7 pounds to the total of the first conversion - 168lb + 7lb = 175lb hope this help make it easier for you
