I'm 4 foot 11, looking to lose between 20-30 depending on how I feel after losing the first 20 (whenever that is!!) add me, would love to have you as a friend on here and be able to motivate you.

Thank you for that great response. That makes sense about how our legs get a little help on the treadmill. I think I may want to run more than a 5k race but not right now. I want to wait to hear what others say but I may switch to road running as the weather gets warmer and see what I can do. I just hope I'm not…

I'm in college, but I do not eat in a dining hall, however, I did for the past three years, so feel free to add me and I can message you some advice but my diary will reflect someone who has a little more control on their meals.

I'm probably repeating what a lot of people are saying, I'm severely asthmatic (I use my inhaler maybe 3-4 times daily). However, I loved to run, so I kept on it. I'll take my inhaler about 5 minutes before I work out, I'll do a warm-up of some sort, and then I'll run and my lungs hold up fine. I'll carry my inhaler on me…

I will be running today for her, her husband, her family, and the her three kids. This has deeply affected my community but I have to say I am so proud of the community for jumping up and honoring this amazing woman, and I am so amazed at surrounding communities and people all over for pledging to run today.

I aim for at least a mile a day right now and will keep upping it .3 to .5 mile per week, I've gotten up to 2 miles a day, but then stopped so now I'm starting over.

I have the same allergy, to raw apples, cherries, pears, peaches, figs, etc. I've been cutting off skin, buying farmer's market/organic or growing my own and it makes no difference. Turns out it's a severe reaction to tree pollen allergy. Once cooked though I can eat any fruit, I let apples simmer in a little water for…

Yeah, I'm 4 11 and 120lbs and I'm so glad to see others on here who share my problem! I mean obviously it's the same for all short people, but I hate that I put on 5 pounds and it looks like 20. plus it's a lot harder to work it off.
