I agree with previous posters on the steamed protein and veggies with brown rice. My favorite is steamed shrimp with broccoli and carrots, brown rice, and garlic sauce on the side. It's totally delicious, and I barely use any sauce at all.

you have to look carefully at the labels. fage is greek yogurt. at trader joes, they call their version "greek style" yogurt, which as was already discussed, is just regular yogurt with gelatin and corn starch to make it thicker. oikos, chobani, and yoplait are all greek STYLE yogurt fakes! blech! i literally just got done doing the balance ball workout from the firm. i love it. it doesn't feel like you're doing too terribly much, but the next day, i feel strong....and sore! i bought it on amazon for about $15, and it came with the ball, an air pump to inflate it, and the dvd.

I'm 5'10" and I'm aiming for 160...though I was 164 when I got married, and looked pretty darn good, so I'd be satisfied with that, too! Really what I want is to be back in a size 8. Currently weighing in at 172 and wearing a size 10.
