I'm 34, (a week away from 35) Height: 5'9 SW: 291 CW: 250 I eat 1370 cals per day. give or take depending on how hard I workout. I burn 2400 cal on non-gym days, close to 3000 on gym days My goal weight is 123. I am hoping to get there by my next birthday.

However, for 99 cents you can get the premium edition that has videos, best part is it links to MFP and will upload your calories burned. :)…

All of this. It may help to wear the same outfit to the doctor's office next time you go that way you are consistent. If you have a battery powered scale at home, change the batteries. They tend to lose accuracy as the batteries get old.

Just go eat. log as best you can and drink plenty of water the next day to flush your system of the sodium. you will notice a slight weight increase but that's just water weight.
