That's right, fitbit deducted the calories over the MFP calculation. Since you manually entered your class MFP does not count the activity from the fit bit for those 57 minutes. Yes, that's the only way I am getting through this. I eat a lot of "clean" foods, but I don't deny myself what I want. If I want a cookie, I log it and enjoy it. I have found that I prefer to eat more. I know I can eat a heck of a lot more spinach than I can cookies for 150 calories. So I eat a lot less cookies than before.

Today, I had tuna fish on pita bread 1 can of tuna 1/2tbsp of mayo 1tbsp lemon juice 1tbsp yellow mustard 1/2tbsp Dijon mustard 2-3 tsp lemon pepper stuff it in pita bread, or lettuce wraps. delicious!

Don't be discouraged. Once you get a proper scale you will be set. You feel like you've lost weight then you probably have. Don't worry. As long as you are honest and consistent the weight will come off. This is a marathon not a sprint. Also take your measurements and a few pictures. There are other ways of tracking your…

I pack a snack or a full lunch whenever I go to family members house. My cousin will say that I have a bag of rabbit food. lol But it's good natured. so I don't mind. Genearlly my family is very supportive.

I use my Fitbit Flex for daily tracking, make sure I am burning at least the minimum. I use my Polar FT7 HRM when I exercise. Seems to be working nicely for me.

Hello all, I just turned 35. I started out at 291, my goal weight is 123. for a total of 168pounds to lose. I am currently at 245. I look forward to reaching our goals together.

I retain water any time I eat excess salt. Increase your water intake, it seems counterproductive, but it really does work. You can also add a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar to your water. That's a natural diuretic.

I love them. I only have 3, I would like to get a few more, maybe that will be my treat when I reach goal.

My goal for may is to get into the 230s. Preferably 235. I realize I am going to have to work hard to get that 10lbs off, but it will be totally worth it.
