I have a smoothie called the Flat Belly Smoothie and it keeps me full till (pretty much) lunch time. 85 grams vanilla non-fat Greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon almond butter 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 cup kale 3/4 cup water (I also add 1 tsp Chia Seeds to help keep me full) DIRECTIONS Place all the…

Heya, I think we have all been there, but don't quit, it does get easier. A few tips I find helpful are listening to upbeat music. You could start by telling yourself to keep at it for at least 4 or so songs to listen to, then maybe every Monday up it by one song. Time will pass all too easy if you keep it upbeat and fun.…

Hi there, I am also newly back after having 3 months off and gaining over that time. I originally lost 20kg but with putting on the 4kg over the last few months I am down to 16kg total loss. I have learnt a lot over my weight loss journey and am happy to help with advice and encouragement, please feel free to add me :)

I'm from NZ. Christchurch in fact. Like this guy. Yes he is obese, but he was also obese when he arrived here. Not only that, he was much heavier than he is now, about 30kg heavier I think. So he has lost a lot of weight which is awesome, we all know how hard that is  To an extent, the NZ Health Care System is…

I do a lot of Tiffany Rothe workouts on You Tube. They are only 10mins long so you can squeeze them in when short of time or do a few different ones. Mountain Climber is my favorite. I try to do at least 3 a night but sometimes only have time for 1-2 but still feels good to do something when I'm short on time, even if it…

Hi team, I am a daily logger and have been been on the weight loss wagon for about a year now. I have managed to lose 19.5kg and have another 5 to go before I start the maintenance and toning hard part. I log everything, try to exercise most days and motivate and support others on their journey as well. I find if I dont…

Wow, you have done so well. I am about the same height and 135 is also my goal. I hear that too, but I have decided to stop when i am ready, not when everybody else is ready. You should do the same, your the one who needs to be comfortable in your own skin, not them :) Congrats, you look fantastic!

Wow you look great! Congrats girl

Cute! You must look great for your own son to say something considering the ones we are around the most seem to notice the least!! Congratulations

I have never heard it be called a "Box Gap" before lol sounds icky. I have never had a Thigh Gap until this last summer. I don't know if it was the weight loss from over the last year or the exercises I tried. I mostly concentrated on the exercise at 1min 30sec in the below video after my cardio 3 nights a week.…
