i have got my sweet tooth back so alot of the stuff im reaching for is high in sugar, i find myself wondering how i managed before, while i was loosing the weight i would just have an ice lolly or milkyway. finding it hard to get out the habbit now.

the only exercise i am doing at the moment is zumba class once a week, yeh i know its not enough but i am struggling to find time to do it at min but i will try.

my current daily calories is 1580 to maintain my current weight, i also put on a pound that i need to loose from what my lowest weight was on mfp.

i have not read through all the posts so this may already of been asked. but... what is the best way to get rid of belly fat i have lost 3stone but i need to tone and loose fat from my tummy it is still out of proprtion to my tiny frame thanks.

ive lost 44 ib i go to zumba once a week but that is pay as i go then i just do work out dvds at home, it can be done if you cannot afford it you just have to have the motivation.

i have it set to loose 1lb per a week but it says projected weight loss is 0.8 1b a week maybe this is because for my weight and height that is the most i can use?? i am just basing it on what my fitness pal reccomends shall i custom my calories and increase it then?

i do eat all my exercise calories back i ment im eating over 1200 calories so having to exercise each night so im not over.
