thanks im so proud ive tryed many diets before but had no sucess. spent lots of money on meal replacements to finally find one thats free and works. :-)

your not drinking enough water you need to drink less pop and more water, also i would recomend not skipping lunch.try and add more fruit and veg.:-)

i have the zumba for the kinect xobox or u can get it for the wii have you got one of those? there good.

its diffrent for everybody but i wore my heart rate monitor at my class tonight and i burned 354 calories in a 60 min class. i used to use the site menchened above but found it way off after having my hrm on tonight.

i dont really have a day off just go over my cals ocasionally not often, i have a desk job and go zumba once a week and i also started 30d shred on monday. i will make my diary public for u to have a look i have just uped to lose 1/2 ib a week instead of 1lb a week

no as long as you eat 1200 a day if u have done exercise then you can eat some of them calories back or all of them if ur hungry.

if i want chocolate i have a milkyway only 98 calories and 1.7 sat fat.

satsumas, apples, quavers, weight watchers bars, have a look at you friends diarys and see what they eat to get ideas :smile:

i dont have rules as such as i dont think that will help u , but i do try to drink 8 glasses of water a day eat an apple a day, and try to exercise at lest 5 times a week.

im not sure how to find that option as the instructions are not very good do u have the same model as me? does anyone have the same model as me that can tell me how to check this?

im not on a diet i have changed my eating habbits to healthy eating including more veg, fruit and fish in my diet.

ok so i tried avacardo last week yuck! im doing the 30 day shred i started at beginning of the week. i have also bought a heart rate monitor to try and track my calories better.

do you have to wear the stap all the time? i have the polar tf7 and it makes out you have to put the strap on before exercise do u keep it on?

i know how u feel i have been getting more attention since i have lost some weight and its so anoying that people can treat you diffrentley because of your size.but they do.

just think what you are doing to your body how unhealthy it is, the healthier you eat the heathier longer life you will lead.

i think you can allow yourself a day off with whats going on so dont worry about it just concentrate on spending the next few days with you beloved dog, i lost my dog last year she had to be put to sleep and to be honest i hardley ate anything as that was the last thing on my mind. my thoughts r with u .
