I like the idea of having that one thing a week...just not everyday! I'm in it for the lifestyle. I have been guilty of being my worse critic but trying to go easier on myself. I have perfectionist issues sometimes.

I am working out for longer than 1 hour!!! before I only did 30 minutes and it was not everyday. Now I try for around 5 days a week! pretty proud of myself for that.:wink:

bump.for tips. I am concerned about cravings and with my low iron.I wake up fatigue.I bet I could sleep half the day. But I will take my supplements and get a slow 'resistant' walk in. I am in a new attitude of do it anyway ....even if I don't feel like it.

during summer I was working out before work and sometimes after. well now with my kiddos back in school, by the end of the night after work I have been too tired and before work to tired to get up. :yawn: can't win for loosing but I have been taking a longer walk on the weekends and trying to exercise for more than 30min…

I will be preparing a few of the previous recipes. my new fav for breakfast or snack is - high fiber slice of bread with 1 tbsp jiffy peanut butter. and a fruit.:heart: I used to (and stil do but not so often) enjoy heavy breakfast...but this is so fullfilling to me.try it!
