  • I'm from Kent (South East), had app on my moby for a while but only taken the whole thing seriously for past few weeks. Never really used forums before but I think the forums on here are brilliant. Will have a look at Team GB too. :-)
  • That's a good idea, there's several of us girls in the office that are trying to lose a few pounds. I think I will ask her!
  • Thank you everyone for all the responses, I have to say the forums on here are brilliant (and the repsonses). Got heaps of great ideas, I think the problem is it's so easy to fall back into bad habits, but I have no excuse now! : D
  • Thanks, I'll look that one up and give it a go. I do have a sweet tooth and as much as I try I just don't enjoy my cuppa without a bit of sweetness in it, and we all know how important that first hot cuppa is to start the day! : )
  • It doesn't help that she's so friendly (she knows what she's doing, clever lady!). Yep you're all right and a lot of you are saying about cooking ahead, I'm definitely going to stop being so lazy and get cracking this weekend, plus for a change my husband will also be getting lunches to take in with him (would be cruel not…
  • Soup is definitely coming tops, I think half the hassle is being prepared and doing it in advance, in otherwords I need to stop being so lazy, thank you for your advice!
  • Sounds delicious, getting some great ideas here, thank you. : )
  • That's a great idea and, seems soup is a good option! I tend to have Porridge for my breakfast (made with water, not fussed if I have milk or not anyway). I do sprinkle sugar on it though, I think my problem is that I don't like fruit, been like it since I was little, I don't know why but it makes me sick, very odd I know,…
  • Where do you get whey protein from? thank you for the tip!
  • Yes we have a microwave, what meals/brand do you buy?
  • We tend to season it (LOTs of pepper and a little salt or none at all would be best) maybe add sweetcorn, chopped mushrooms or peas too. Sometimes my husband will cook the rice, add peas, seasoning and then some scrambled egg or a little cooked off ham. To make it healthier use just the egg whites depending on how many…
  • You can buy it on amazon for £5 or like others have said on YouTube, I've been doing it on and off for a few months but back on it seriously now. I really struggle with pushups, does anyone else? It's agony! I'm sticking to Level 1 until I feel it's becoming a bit easier... it's a great workout. Also ordered some…
  • Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD is a good one, I've yet to go beyond Level 1 Workout, it really gets the heart rate going which is great for fat burning. Amazon are selling it for £5 which is pretty good! My husband recorded her 'Ripped in 30' workout on the SKY box for me too, gonna try that one over the weekend.
