There isn't an option for it in the database unfortunately. I used www.zumbacalories.com to calculate how many calories I've burned then add it as my own exercise. You only need to do it once as it will then become an option for you to use like all the other exercise, if that makes sense!

I've lost 26lbs and I've gone from a UK16 to a UK10-12 on bottom and a UK14 to a UK8-10 on top. So roughly 2 stone has been about 2.5 dress sizes for me.

Turn it in. I'm too honest a person not to. I found a really nice smartphone on the floor recently on the way to work and handed it to the police because a few months earlier I lost my phone and someone was nice enough to hand it in. It's a horrible feeling when you lose something like that!

But that's my point, it's not the same each time. Chefs are constantly tasting their food and adding and tweaking ingredients so each serving will be different. And some restaurants literally change their menu every day, or substitute ingredients in dishes depending on the fresh produce they have for that day. Honestly, go…

What was it that you found most difficult? Did you use handweights? Did you do the easier versions of the exercises? Don't give up, even if you can only manage 10 minutes, keep doing it every day and maybe aim to do one more exercise than you managed the day before and see how it goes. It's all about progression and…

I absolutely love love love that feeling. I have a body sculpt class tonight and I can't wait to feel it tomorrow morning. I need to start doing the 30 Day Shred again, I felt that every morning intensely and it was great, but I have been going through a really rough time lately and haven't done it for a couple of weeks,…

Add me if you like, I'm in the UK and 22 :)

This. McDonalds and the like are carefully calculated amounts due to budget reasons and mass production. I'm pretty sure that if something like this was introduced then the quality of a lot of proper restaurants would decline. Have you ever tried calculating the calories of recipes that you cook at home? If yes then you'd…

I think the OP is using the term sarcastically ;)

I remember when I was quite young watching an episode of Will and Grace where they're at a wedding and Jack says something like "and now it's time for everyone to hit the dancefloor, except for those of you whose thighs rub together when you walk, there'll be cake for you in a minute." It had never ever occured to me that…

SW - 178lbs (12st 10lbs) CW - 152lbs (10st 12lbs) GW - 126lbs - 130lbs (9st - 9st 4lbs) Hoping to be at my goal weight around the end of March / April time, I've just gone past half way.

Because I'm single and my flatmate and I rarely eat together I am usually just cooking for myself, so I usually end up with leftovers and end up eating the same thing for a few days at a time. I do get bored easily though, so I try to not cook the same thing all the time. But I do have my go-to staples which I'll cook…

This. At the weekend I bought a box of 9 mini chocolate cupcakes from M&S which were 90 calories a cake, thinking they would be a good treat without splurging...then I ate 4 in one go, kinda defeated the point! I also made beetroot brownies though I am yet to eat them as I have a horrendous cold and want to see if I can…

I don't think it has negative effects as such because the idea of weight "loss" is something ingrained into our culture as a positive thing. However, I do get the thinking behind it. I see a thing on Pinterest quite a lot that says something like "I am not losing the weight, I have no intention of ever finding it again"…

I'm not a vegetarian but about 80%-90% of my diet is vegetarian (not for any weightloss reasons, I'm just not a fan of meat). It's not really a problem at all, there are non meat based sources of protein readily availble. Use quorn, tofu, eggs etc. and use pulses to bulk out the meal for little calories. I'd be happy to…

Most cheeses... Including cheesecake, which is my ultimate weakness.

These are the most delicious burgers I have ever tasted (and that includes meat burgers, a meat burger definitely can't beat these). I make them in batches and freeze them, the second I get them out to defrost I can smell them and it makes me salivate! http://ohsheglows.com/2011/07/13/our-perfect-veggie-burger/

Oh dear. My favourite bit is the bit about going into starvation mode after 5 hours.

Ooh great thank you!

These look amazing, I have to make them! Could you just use an egg in place of the egg substitute? I don't think they're available in the UK, at least I've never seen them in the supermarkets.

My advice would be to ditch the slimfast. As you say, it's expensive and it's not a sustainable long term solution. When you stop eating the shakes and yogurts then what will you do? It won't have allowed you to develop a long term positive approach to food, in fact if you're forcing yourself to eat things you don't like…

At the moment, I would like to lose another 2lbs by the end of January, taking me to 150lbs. When I first started months ago a loose goal I set for myself was 145lbs by my birthday, which is the day before Valentine's Day. I think that if I work really hard between now and then I reckon I might be able to reach it,…

Oh that looks fantastic! It's a very doable plan...I can fit that into my routine. I definitely need a plan to get me into running, I only run grudgingly so I need motivation, but I want to do this to reach a certain level of fitness (and of course to raise as much money as I can). Yeah it will be great to have someone to…

I agree with you completely! My regular instructor has definitely spoiled me for all others, and I'm so loyal to her now that I've switched gyms just so that I can go to more of her classes each week. Like your regular instructor, she has a dance background, impeccable form and does a VERY high intensity workout. She…

I have been saying for a couple of months now that I want to train for a charity 5k or 10k run I just needed to find one, I completely forgot about Race for Life! Thanks for reminding me, I am signing up now to the 5k in Bath on Sunday 17th June and the 10k in Blackheath on Sunday 1st July. What's the C25k program? It's a…

It's a toss up between fitting into UK size 12 skinny jeans and all the oblivious men I work with telling me they can see I've lost loads of weight. Today someone told me they thought someone else had taken over my job as I look so different now!
