hard boiled eggs? I have been tempted to just hard boil a bunch at beginning of week and use them to supplement rather than making a whole meal of fried eggs.

yes i make yogurt and kefir. home made yogurt tastes so much better than store bought, I was flabbergasted. takes very little effort and saves money too boot.

No, I'm just an IT guy, i buy most of my stuff at costco, but I do tend to spend money to buy quality stuff if I can, organic etc, I figure of the one thing I should splurge on is stuff that goes in my body.

hah i bought the baileys for Christmas, in times past I would spike my coffee with it, now its just a rare treat. the boxes in the freezer are Cascadian Farms organic spinach (green) and winter squash (orange). pretty healthy, filling and tasty little snacks.

just about any commercial bakery stuff (breads, bagels, pizza crust, snacks, donuts, pastry ) can have mono or diglycerides which are emulsifiers used to make the water and other fats blend together. they are exempt from labeling laws as a trans fat. ( nice huh ).
