I can say to stay eat more fresh foods because the sodium is killing you. Increase your water and really keep up with that because it curbs your hunger. I would also suggest switching your cardio. When I make it to a 6 Am class I go without make up. Anytime after that I have some make up on and try to not look like a hot mess when I get there, because I am a hot mess when I leave! Sweat is fat crying, right??

I also got that DVD, very Challenging, I would enter that as about 250 to 300 cals easily. Its a great work out. I do yoga sometimes twice a week and her dvd is challanging!!! I need to give it another go. Good luck and keep it moving!
