Thanks for this...I've been doing them wrong too! I tried this way during today's workout and they were much harder.

I made this yesterday and it's a huge hit with my family. I even had some for lunch today over brown rice and it tasted even better.

My job also gives me the flexibility to go at lunch. I love it! I would not be able to make the gym at all if not for my lunch hour.

Hello all...I did my first workout today and so far so good. I'd already been doing squats, lunges and step ups so I think my form is pretty good. Just working on increasing the weight now. :smile:

Per my HRM, I usually burn around 600 calories for a 55 minute spinning class. I also have the Polar FT4.

I also go to the gym on my lunch hour and usually try to fit in Spinning or Zumba...45 minutes of intense workouts.

Congrats to you and your friend! I'm about the same height and starting weight as you. I just reached 80 days on MFP and have lost 18 pounds and feel great! It is definitely a lifestyle change. Keep up the great work!!
