1. Michelle 2. I am doing a different program but I did W3D3 today. 3. No 5k scheduled yet but there are a ton coming up. 4. I started running last year when I did a boot camp and even ran a 3k. I did W2D1 today and really struggled but I got through it!

Best thing is to get a heart rate monitor. I burn between 600-700 during zumba but it will vary on how hard you're working.

I created a new item for that too and track the calories based on my HRM. Monday I burned 621 calories in 55 minutes of zumba.
