  • CW 149 GW 140 H 5'7 I struggle with night time binges. I have been trying to lose for over a year and just keep slowly gaining. I need to get cravings under control. I work out regularly but cant added the benefits cause i over eat. Feeling is a losing battle but i hope i can turn that around.

  • Me: 4 LNS: 1 I've really been making a concious effort not to snack and i'm doing it. One downfall but i wont beat myself up over it. I even had carmel on my fingers the other night when i was packing snacks and i washed it off instead of licking it! I heard the voice say "this wont hurt" then I ran to the sink!

  • I usually start the day off with some tea, no cream 1 sugar packet. I feel the hot helps to curb my appetite plus warms me up :) I find it hard drinking in general though. I have to make a concious effort to drink. I keep a bottle of water in front of me and force myself to take sips all day long.
