nope I wouldnt of thought so, Im sure you could run 4k in 20mins doing HIIT or build up to that, to be honest I would of thought it will improve your fittness . Try it for a month and see how you get on. your welcome mate.

great thread! I think for me, it was starting to effect every area of my life, from energy to mood to the fact I would leave my button undone on my jeans when driving because they didnt fit any more. I was in denial for a long time, as the weight dont creep on over night does it folks?

all I can say is exercise should be fun! if you hate something then your never going to stick at it, you need to find what works for you, gyms are not the be all and end all bab.

I see why it matters, its makes it more personal in mine opinion, if someone adds me and they dont have a pic or have filled no info about them selves in, then I wont bother accepting, I like to get to know the people, and with a pic and profile history it makes it like your actually talking to someone. and worth the while…
