Only had time for a 2.5 mile run at lunch, but I'm heading to power yoga tonight. Everyone is really kicking it into gear this week! You are definitely keeping me motivated!

I weighed myself this morning bc it is my Weight Watchers weigh-in day, and sure enough I'm back to 185.4. I know I didn't gain or lose 2lbs over night, so my water weight suspicion was probably accurate. I will take the break-even week and kick it up a notch this week!

Just went for a 4 mile run and planning on power yoga tonight! I didn't do much yesterday, it was too hot. Only two more weeks until vacation when I can swim instead of run:)

Just ran a little over 4 miles. I didn't feel great (I think because it is SO muggy!), but I did it! Planning on hot power yoga tonight if I can rehydrate and stomach the heat!

Way to go! I had a crazy work week last week and did not make exercise a priority. It's hard to fit it in when life is extra busy, but definitely worth it!

I just started Jillian michaels' 30 day shred on Friday. With 2 sick kiddos, that was all I could fit in this weekend. I plan to do that all week along with running 3-4 miles 3x and hot power yoga 2x. There, I said it...now I have to do it:)

I'm new to the challenge; count me in! I was able to get back to my pre- 2nd baby weight by his first birthday in March, but I'm still 10 lbs above my weight before my first.
