I will weigh in Monday 9/2 as well. My plan of attack make sure I exercise at least five times week. Also pack launch to work.

You can add me. I am here for an adventure and to change my life around. I have tried before to work out and eat better to get lean but it has not worked for me. This time I feel really motivated. :happy:

Yes, the bike works because it helps your knees get stronger. Also if you sit on a chair and lift your leg knee high and let it back down it is a good way to help your knees.

I have completed about seven hours of work out. I need only seventeen more to complete this challenge. This feels great:bigsmile:

Am in even though May has already started. I will do the 24 Hour challenge. Super excited as this is my first challenge ever. I agree, I will start with longer walks with my dogs and taking all my breaks for extra walks. I feel good;)
