Great for post-workout but I just use it as a supplement when I don't think I'll hit my protein numbers for the day.

I just finished re-reading Knightfall (the story of Batman and Bane, for you uninitiated) and it is STILL among my favorite story arcs of all time.

Sugary drinks. I could easily take in over a thousand calories in soda back in the day. A Double Gulp of Dr Pepper from 7-Eleven and some junk food as a snack? Delicious but murdered my waistline.
