Well, since I'm working now straight through till Sunday eve...I'll say my weekend starts now. My goal is to not hit up the vending machine because I'm tired and need a pick me up. My goal is to keep within my calories and push the water. My goal is just to survive working and get this weekend done! :)

OK girls, I jumped on the scale and was thrilled to see that I am down 4lbs. I know it's probally water weight but still a loss is a loss! :) Still eating well and walking on the treadmill. Thought I'd get a Zumba class in but this week is way too hectic for me. Have a great day! :)

My goals this week is to start tracking my calories.....AGAIN! Do the water thing and start to cut out the Diet Pepsi(please pray for my family) and to exercise daily with the exception of Saturday(working a double shift!). I got mine at Wal-Mart just a couple of weeks ago for only $15 and it measures the tenth of a pound and it's digital. :) You will love this program. Keeps me motivated.
