I have 5 kiddos(3 girls and 2 boys) They range from 10,8,7,4,and 3. I tend to use them also as an excuse not to exercise or even with all the activities that we are in.

My evenings are chaotic with 5 kids going all directions and I teach piano lessons in the evenings. Exercise needs to be back in my life but it is hard. I like to put my chicken in the crockpot with salsa in and then shred it when it's done. Smells so awesome in the house! Use high fiber tortillas and then of course your fixins!

I get up at 5AM and exercise till my husband is done getting ready for work and then i go get ready for the day. Makes for a long day but the payoff will be great. i also exercise a little in the evening too.:smile:
