Lately, my 4 year old daughter has been telling me she speaks the languages of animals. This morning she told me she speaks cat. Yesterday it was bird. 273. I have never been so depressed or down on myself as I was at that highest weight. I never want to feel so defeated or treat my body so poorly as I used to. I'm finally down into the 250s and not stopping there. :)
