Double Capt on the rocks, please!

We are on week 4 of Classic. Plan on rolling into 2 right after.

I would assume most people friend someone here so they can get support, motivation and yes, accountability from that person. If you feel it is your obligation as a friend of this individual to inquire upon their well being, then I say go for it with a PM. Don't be a smarta$$ about it. Just do it with tact and thought.…

Just got back from my first one as well. Only started jogging a few weeks ago. Congrats on your great time! Keep up the great work!

Great job and congrats! Goals are what it is all about!

Thanks! Planned on one in two weeks...already looking at the ones next weekend tho...

Life is about living. One bad day does not ruin a great week. Just shrug it off and keep up the good work. Life would be boring if everyone were perfect!

Yoga tonight as well. Week 3. Looking forward to a 'rest/recovery' week next week. How can anyone enjoy Plyo??? You people have issues!

Today for lunch I had the leftovers from dinner last night which were Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Healthy Colors and Great Value - Chunk Chicken Breast, Fully Cooked. From start to finish it takes less than 10 mins to make, I throw it in Tupperware to mix. I eat half of it for dinner and the other half for lunch the…

Two words. Wow. Congratulations.

Don't sweat the sugar from fruit very much. Much better for you than from a non-natural source. I am always over on mine as well, but it is mostly from fruit and some Trop50 juice.

Great job! You are very beautiful. Good luck on your next race!

Also remind him that you are doing this for the both of you. That you love him very much and that going to the gym will allow you to live a longer and better life with him.

Yoga for us tonight as well. I wouldn't say I "can't wait", but I am vaguely looking forward to it. I look forward to the second 45 mins when he isn't kicking my butt nearly as bad!

What week are you on? We are almost done with week 2 and I could tell a HUGE difference in everything this week vs last!
-
Start slow and do what you can do. Don't look at the overall goal each and every day. Short term is the key. Do what you can and just keep at it. You are the one in charge of your life, take charge of it! Friend request on the way!

Congrats on an AMAZING week! I am sure the results will show on Monday!
-
Congrats on the 13lbs! This site is a wonderful place for help, information and motivation. Welcome!

Congratulations on the steps you have made so far! Almost done with my 2nd week of P90, and it is SO much better this second week. I can do so much more and I am not near as sore. Plyo and the first half of Yoga are the roughest. Just tough those two out and you will be set! Best of luck going forward!

That is great to hear! Way to go and congrats on the 22lbs. The smaller rewards are what keeps us pushing for the end ones!

Welcome to the site! Lots of great people here to motivate and encourage! Congrats to the start of your success!

You are in the right place. This place is amazing. Recipes, support, motivation. It has it all. Oh, and it makes it SO easy to track and plan things. Welcome and congrats on your first step of many!

I think it is GREAT that you were able to maintain while taking a break. Now that you have time to re-focus, good things will surely happen. Welcome back!

I have been using the "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" category. I usually put in anywhere between 45-50 mins of exercise, depending on the routine. (Since there are warm-ups/cool downs/water breaks) in the mix. 45 mins in that category shows 524 calories. This might not be accurate, but until I get a…

When you finish, you didn't try, you succeeded!

You are in the right place! Plenty of information, motivation and support here. Like everyone else has said. Don't look at the entire mountain. Those mountains are built of smaller rocks. Those are the goals. Welcome and congrats on taking a first big step!
