I slowly weened myself away from them as well. Went from fully leaded, to diet, to water. Now I have water within reach at all times. In fact, my filtered pitcher is low...brb :)

I am newish here myself and love it here. I used to log in to FB first thing and check on it, now I find myself logging into MFP before I check on anything else. Congrats on the results and welcome!

I have read where some say weighing each day gives you goals and keeps you focused, while others say once a week is best. You just need to find what is best for you. Either way, don't take a single day up as a bad thing. More than likely it was water weight. Just keep up the good work and the results will show!

I am new here, but from what I have gathered looking at similar posts, since most of your sugars are based in nature fruits/veggies people usually say that it is no big deal.

Nothing wrong with that at all. Just like everything else, there are good days and bad. You can only do what you can do. Be proud of yourself for the time you put in today. Tomorrow is a new day opportunities (and challenges). If this were easy, everyone would be doing it. Keep up the great work!

Our biggest challenge so far was Plyo and the first half of Yoga. The rest are difficult, but not "screw this, I quit" difficult. I was amazed how much more I could do last night vs week one, day one. I almost am looking forward to plyo tonight. Almost! :laugh:

Try and find a work out partner. Nothing like someone kicking you in the butt to get you going. Either that, or make some friends here. I am new myself here, but this seems like a great place for support. Lots of good people.

Just started P90x and have wondered the same thing. What kind of diet are you mixing in? Also, don't weigh every day. Once a week.

I am new here myself. I find this site REALLY helps with the planning of meals for the day. You can add/subtract and see what helps you get closer to your goals each day. Good luck and just stick with it. This site is also has great people that will help keep you going when needed.

Thanks for the recipe. It is the little corners we can cut that help SO much in the long run. Plus the addition of being able to have the taste of the 'junk' food that I miss SO much will also help with not craving to cheat.
