  • Help! I'm looking for some yummy breakfast ideas that don't contain a lot of sugar. I'm really trying to watch my sugar intake and just a glass of milk has almost half of my recommended sugar intake. I eat breakfast at 6 am so I'm also looking for something to curve my hunger through the morning. Any suggestions?

  • I'm a state auditor and currently working toward my CPA. I sit all day long, then go home and sit some more while I study. :ohwell: I also sit all weekend while I study 8-10 hours a day. *Tried the studying and exercising thing but that's hard to do m.c. questions :)* 1/2 way to the CPA though!

  • I'm new as well. I've been saying I'm going to lose weight all through college and now that I'm out I'm really trying to get serious about it. My biggest struggle is adjusting my diet. I come from a big family that socializes around food. I need some healthy options!
