i started 2nd August at 226lb and have lost 12lb so far now at 214lb if i lose 2lb a week till i get to 168lb It should take me till 28th February all in all 30 weeks but its not a race so im not setting myself a time limit as i have done in the past and failed due to pressure maintaining will be the biggest challenge :)

if you look up how many calories it is you could just add a quick calorie thing ie banana 95 calories so the suar wont come up :)

Spanish chicken tonight jar is low calorie and very yummy! cook with chicken and veggies and add whatever side veggies salad boiled potatoes or brown rice with it. just recently discovered this!

2 layers of pasta sheets ,lean mince, tinned tomatoes, greek salad cheese, skimmed milk n light marg for white sauce are all healthier alternatives :)
