I eat 2 bananas almost every day. Love em! As long as stick to your daily calorie 'budget' you can eat pretty much whatever you want, including bananas - which are the best food on the planet imho. :) I've lost 20kg eating bananas and bread but i do restrict overall food intake.

I think the absolute best exercise on the planet - power ropes. You'll blast fat, build muscle and you'll sweat like never before. Great workout. Painful but worth it.

Hi, I have been using kettlebells for 6 months and love them. I started out doing single kb deadlifts. I'm now doing 20kg in each hand (about 44 pounds each) in a deadlift, and I do a kettlebell swing (20kg). I also use kettlebells for step ups (now 14kg in each hand). I have canned soup all the time - if you choose 'right' you can still eat the whole can and fill up for lowish calories. I try to stick to minestrone or vegetable soup. I think they are a very healthy option so I say go for it.

I think exercise can only do so much (don't want sound negative) but I've been in this situation after having big twin babies. It probably comes down to genes. I really hope exercise can help you. I opted for surgery to fix mine :(
