I was only able to log it with strength training. When I checked the calories on a different site it was around 50 calories burned for my height and weight. :)

Depends how horny I am, and how hot he is. Just saying. I try 3 dates if I am interested in dating the guy, but if by the end of the first date I know its not going any farther but he is still hot I will go for it. This makes me sound trampy, but its just how I am.

I'm bad about not counting small portions of veggies, like the lettuce or tomato, but if I eat any fruit I add it mainly because of the sugar, and if I eat veggies separately I always count them. I just know that the 4 calories in the slice of tomato on my sandwich isn't the hugest deal.

6'0" 283 lbs. I know it says 5'11" but I am pretty close :) Goal is 180, but I may go as low as 170, just depending how I look and feel once I get to 180 :)

I like adding light mayo to my sandwiches. Its half the fat but I don't taste a difference. It makes the drier sandwiches just a little smoother, without the tartness of mustard.

I say do you BMI and try to get your weight to fit in somewhere around there. My weight goal right now is at the high end of average healthy BMI. Once I get there if I feel the need to go less I will. :)

I used to get the same thing just with skim milk, but the nutritional value of soy milk is worth the calories! Plus soy milk is sweeter. So skinny was 85 calories and soy is 120, 35 more calories of protein? I think it is worth it :)

I weigh in naked. I weighed the other day in clothes and after removing just my jeans I discovered that my jeans weighed over 1 pound! first thing in the morning I strip for my shower weigh and then hop on in! :)

I've recently started running! I love it! Knowing I can push my body faster and farther everyday gives me so much strength(Mental and Physical)!
