I like both. The key is sticking to whatever plan you decide to use. The support on here is AMAZING!!! THe only drawback, I would day, that you see your accountability group in person with WW. But if you're the type of person that likes things on line, this is great!!

I know of a fellow group exercise instructor who teaches from a wheelchair. And when most get some form of ankle/foot injury, they do from a chair. You'd be doing most of the movement with your arms and still get a calorie burn. One very important thing to always keep in mind is your eating habits. But moreso now for you…

Don't elaborate with her. But I certainly would have asked her the brand and then looked up the info online. Once people see you getting healthy they will ask you when they are ready. THe worst thing you could force health on anyone. But never let them make make you feel bad. Because what you are doing is a GREAT thing.

I've been using MFP for a few months, but have not really been paying attention to the macro nutrients. I just make sure that I eat clean foods. The few times that I've looked at the macros, I've noticed I've gone over on the protein. I'm not sure how "bad" that is, if at all. I've been meaning to google it, but haven't…
