I just use frozen fruit and Diet V8 Splash juice. Sometimes yogurt. No ice needed since using frozen. I think it gets too thick with the ice. I don't use milk, to try to keep the calories down. I have no problem getting all my dairy in from other sources. Good Luck!

I live in Guam. We eat it with just about anything! Inside crepes with bananas or cherries. A nutella sandwich. On on pancakes or waffles. Mixed with icecream, I make muffins with it. Anything you would or could imagine using peanut butter for, you can use Nutella for, but a whole lot yummier!
