I go straight from school to the gym, take everything with me in the morning. I've been doing it for years, it's the only way that works for me.

I really think you probably aren't eating enough. Add some protein to your breakfast like scrambled eggs or egg whites. Have cottage cheese or yogurt with your orange for your snack. Maybe a salad with grilled chicken with your soup at lunch.

When I lost weight I didn't like the way my body looked so I started lifting weights more and doing less cardio. BMI will give you an idea, do you see a family Dr? What does he think?

It's best to take care of yourself and your children. That's probably enough.

I read books on my iPad while I'm on the elliptical but I certainly don't consider cardio working out. Lifting is working out and I don't read or talk on my phone while I lift.

Okay, really all I do is plan my meals and work out. I work at and elementary school and part time at a gym. Both my adult sons live with me, ones a bodybuilder and personal trainer. What I have every morning! 1/2 cup of egg whites scrambled with 1 tbsp of bacon bits and 1/4 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 tbsp of Agave nectar and 2 tbsp of toast shredded coconut on top! Loving it.

I understand, I think it's your body composition that you want to change. My diary is open. You will have to take in enough protein to build so muscle. I'm 5'2" and weigh 120.

I know what you mean, I save calories so that I can eat at night. I eat until I go to sleep. As long as I stay within my calories time doesn't matter. Best of luck to you.
