Moderation, I think a lot of people that just eat clean eat way too much to lose weight. Even eating clean would have to be in moderation.

You're asking a question that can't really be answered. But from what you say, if you maintain at 1600 you would have to eat less that that to lose.

You do need protein to build muscle, that was what I thought you were talking about. Eggs, chicken, beef, Whey protein powder.

Make sure that you eat at least 1600 calories, you can eat more if you know that you're gonna burn 800 more, like 2000 if you aren't going to eat after you workout. Do you measure your food? Use a HRM so gage the number of calories that you burn working out?

What are you doing that you can't have hot chocolate or a bowl of cereal? I think that you're burned out cause you're depriving yourself too much. If you are logging your calories you can work all those things into your day.

I have a fitbit one and love it, wear it all the time. I also use my polar ft4 when I work out.

I don't know what you have been doing but too much cardio will help you get to the weight you think you want but the look is sickening. I did that once and hated the way I looked. Now I try to lift more than cardio. With resistance you can change the shape of your body.

No they aren't that off, just use MFP

Just use what MFP says, I did it for a long time and I did fine. Measure your food and it will work.
