I recently realized that I need to start weighing my food. Does anyone have any recommendations on a decent scale? Do you weigh your food?

I have OXY one that I bought from Target for $17 a few years ago. Just make sure that you get one that can display both grams and ounces. Digital is best (not even sure if they make any other kind these days).0

YES! Weighing your food is VITAL to knowing how many calories you're consuming. If you don't mind waiting for delivery, amazon.com has some good ones.0
