I find myself doing squats throughout the day, like when I do laundry. Instead of bending over to pick up clothes, I squat to pick it up.

I need to check into the fitbit. My activity level is set just above sedentary, as I'm constantly chasing after a 5 & 3 year old boys (and neighborhood kids). You poor thing!! That's got to be miserable! You definitely need to go back to the ER. To stay regular, try taking half a capful to one capful of Miralax daily or two gummy probiotics daily. I also try to eat Fiber One bars or the cereal.

Bad habit--eating leftovers from my children's plates! That's a sure fire way to gain unwanted weight. Ugh.
