171.2 Apologies for the delay in posting - had a weird few days (not in a good way) and it completely slipped my mind.
-
173.0 Been stuck around this weight for a couple of months now. Switching the exercise around to see if that will help. Fingers crossed!

Sorry for my lateness again - been away for the last few days. Weighed in this morning (a day late) at 175.4
-
Sorry I'm a little late with this. Starting weight is 176.6.

172.0 - going in the right direction again! Problem is my parents arrive today for a week, so I'm guessing there will be a lot of eating in restaurants involved. Uh-oh!
-
175.4 Fell off the wagon a bit this week :embarassed: Did manage an 11 mile run yesterday though, so it's not all bad!
-
173.8 Gone up a bit, but have had a friend staying with me for the last few days - was a bit naughty!

Hello! Weighing in a little early this week as I'm going to be away for a few days, so here goes... 177.2 Must try and behave while I'm away!

180.2 Another naughty week with lots of birthdays, a hen party etc. Feel like I ate my body weight in cake! Still slightly down though (thanks to the running!) Will try and behave myself this week!
-
180.4. Remembered to weigh myself this week! Better than I was expecting as I had a lot of food-related social events last week and was a bit of a pig (all the running is making me eat like a horse!). Unfortunately this week looks like it's going to be more of the same... Need to learn to control myself!!
-
Damn! Forgot to weigh myself this morning! I've eaten now and have a lot of water in me  Ah well, here goes... *takes deep breath and steps on scales* 182.6 - not quite as bad as I was expecting! As for the challenges, I've been doing much better on the water drinking over the last few days, and I ran just over 11…

I have to admit, I'm struggling a bit with the water. I drank quite a lot at work today, but was then peeing constantly - not good when you're busy working to tight deadlines!! As for the mileage, I've decided not to count walking to and from work, as it would be too easy, but I ran 3 miles yesterday, am planning on doing…

Hello, I'm Cam. I'm 27 and I live in Alnwick (north east England, about 30 miles south of Scotland). I am currently training for my first half marathon (eek!). I used to run cross country when I was younger, but picked up an injury in my teens and was forced to stop. Unfortunately I struggled to reduce the high calorie…

Can I ask a silly question? I walk to and from work (about 1.3 miles each way) - does this count, or are we only counting things over and above what we would normally do?
-
Hello, sorry I'm late - we've had a couple of holidays here in the UK, and I've spent all day convinced it was Sunday today! Just weighed myself (post run) and I'm at 181.0
-
I'm definitely up for another round!
-
Aww I'm sad that this is the last weigh in  Thanks a lot for doing this, Linda! My final weight is 182.6. Miles from my target, but still happy - I knew it was probably a bit optimistic when I set it to be honest, so I'm not too disappointed. Also, Drizzt_d99 - you've lost an incredible amount of weight - you are…

Ahh here's a nice aerial shot of my little town: I live right in the middle of town (bottom right corner of pic) :)
