Definitely exercise. If you do nothing and start exercising you will see loss and fast, if you're sticking to the right calories xx

If you like this guy his weight shouldn't be an issue, unless you want him to shape up because you're concerned for his health. Kicking him to the curb for other reasons is just shallow imo. xx

Yes I thought that was a lot too. Even though it was very fast paced and hard, I will still stick to my daily allowance. I don't want to fool myself! Thanks for your help :) xx

My allowance is 1670 and it says I burnt 1886 during those 90 mins which I could quite believe cuz it was tough lol. Ok, so that's cool I get it now. Thanks guys. xx

It was boxercise but I had to add boxing sparring..... similar right? Still doesn't seem right though to me. xx

My trainer told me to go home and eat after we finished exercising. It was 8.30pm and I asked him if he was kidding! He said no, I was to go home and eat protein so it must be a myth..... unless you're gorging on chocolate and crisps. xx
