Exercise with bad knees

Wiping my slate clean
Hey guys/gals, I was wondering how to wipe my profile clean? I have come back and fourth from here that my ticker says I have lost 20lbs, but I want it to say 0 as I'm starting up again. Anyone know how without me having to create a new profile? Thanks!

IDEAS!!
So, I'm sure we all struggle from time to time with meal ideas. My biggest struggle is thinking of something that doesn't contain a lot of carbs, so do you guys have any suggestions? Please don't state the obvious salad option haha. xx

Knees
Did anyone on here have bad knees and when they lost the weight their knees got better? Mine are aching and it worries be so much. Is there anything I can take (med wise) to strengthen them? xx

What do you do when you're poorly?
I don't mean when you're throwing up, but when you have a head cold and your body is feeling weak. Do you eat more or less? I'm feeling like this today and just want to comfort eat :( I haven't, but I want to and the water is making me feel chilly. xx

I need help with MFP
I weighed in this morning and have lost 4lbs :) I'm really happy! Anyway, I "weighed in" and it's saying I've lost 22lbs.... this is obviously since my last visit which is great, but how do I amend it to show just the 4lbs? Having a 'thick' moment! xx

So I just added 90mins of exercise to my profile and my calorie intake has gone up to nearly 3000!! Surely that's wrong, not that I could eat that anyway but it's not giving me the right number of calories to stick to. Help! xx
