I disagree with this....I wast eating about 1300 cal...and doing Insanity workouts...hammering about 450 550 cal a workout and actually gained weight.....I am 5'8" 168...so Im not that over weight...I was told that I am not eating enough....and my body is holding on to everything....Oh and it has been 8 weeks...

Excellant Idea...just pop them in micro wave and go.......I like Kashi waffles, with Natural PB (just nuts and salt) topped with a fresh fruit.....yummy with coffee....takes less than 5 min.....but I am really going to try the egg idea....too....

It goes under Cardio....I wear a Heart rate monitor, so I can add it as one of my excercises..... Example Cardio Circut: I did it for 45 min, and burned 455 cal.
