Day 4, Level 2 - Done last night. Day 5, Level 2 - Will be done tonight! I'm keeping up better, less breaks and that feels good. I haven't lost anything though.:huh:

Stairs seems to be working for me. I work on the 5th floor so I go up 100 stairs more than once a day. It's difficult but I stop take a break and keep on going.

Day 2, Level 2 done. I hate getting started cuz I do it so late (9:30pm) but once I'm done, I feel great! Problem is I can't fall asleep right away. I get up at 4:30am for work everyday. I have to keep up. I appreciate reading eveyones comments - it motivates me.:flowerforyou:

Hi, I could use the support. I started 2 weeks ago but I'm not consistent. I'm on level 2 and it's tough! Lack of time is what holds me back from doing it everyday. I need to commit - would it be ok to join this group? I will do my best to follow the video daily.

No loss for the week of 9/2-9/8 BUT... I gained 2.5 pounds over the Labor day weekend and I managed to lose all of it so I'm at my same start weight.
