I always allow myself a "cheat" day. Nobody can go by without wanting those sweets or carbs whatever your weakness is. Giving yourself a cheat day relieves the guilt so you can get back with it immediately and put it behind you. Welcome and good luck! I am loving it too! Started on August 2nd. I've lost 2 pounds so far. I think the best part is based on your exercise you bascially "purchase" calories for the day. It makes it feel like a challenge and a game - not dieting.

Most grocery stores have a scale in them. Just weigh yourself there once in a while. They are pretty accurate for the most part too.
