Week 11! - I didn't get to the 2nd half of my workout today so i will on REST day (tmrw)... I am schedule to do my day 2 tonight when i get off work... i am going to week 20 with this! I LOVE IT!!!

the key for me is planning ahead... I also broke MPF into by break times b/c that's when i eat during the day... measure out whatever it is your going to have & its very helpful for me. I suggest celery & measuring out a ranch dressing or hummus to dip your raw veggies into until you get used to them only. raw almonds…

i am honest... for me its about accountability! I just purchased a food scale & it has really made a huge difference for me. This is really about you - you would only be cheating yourself - Be in it to WIN it. 8)

I am in week 10 of TurboFire by Beachbody & i love it! So, that is how i arrived at the amount of calories I should eat a day & that's what I placed in MFP... So my workout is already included in that total of calories to have for the da... I don't eat any extra that MPF adds, unless I am killer hungry. - which does happen…

Had a 'not soo fab' eating weekend - BUT: Started week 8 today & went HARD! I'm excited, this is the farest I've ever been with any program... I love with the sweat! - can't wait to see my end results.
