  • My diary is open... I usually eat around 1200 calories, depending on my workouts- I eat more for fuel. I love to eat & would love to gain some more receipes & share what I have! 8)

  • Mine is usually a 2-3 lb difference,... I can't tell if its b/c of my TOM & I eat like CRAZY the first day or two :sad: & then make it up with workouts & eating lean the next 3 days after, :flowerforyou: so I don't cry :cry: at my next weigh-in or if its' just my TOM... I only weight once a week. :laugh:
  • I push for a min of 7 hours... it just depends on class & work schedule. I do my best working out in the morning - at night it takes me too long to get to rest afterwards. Even at only 6 hours, I am falling alsleep around 3-4pm - So, 7 is my sweet-spot... 8 is Heavenly... :love:

I try to bake everything (usually putting it in the oven while I work out) & while we are watching the news for the weather, i am also planning the meals for hte week - that way everyone can pitch in to help... my class nights either my husband will cook or i bake something that morning for that nights…
